Delivery and returns
Dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from Ahmedabad. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 working days, the rest of India in 4 to 7. Delivery is free above ₹499 and ₹49 below that. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes.
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, missing its nozzle, or you received the wrong size, raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery at care@beyondwash.in and return shipping is on us. Is Beyond Wash safe for my family?
Beyond Wash is a herbal neutralization formulation made from aloe vera, tulsi ark, ajma ark and three mineral salts in purified water. It is manufactured in an FSSAI-licensed facility (Lic. No. 10726994000695). It is meant for spraying on the outside of fruits and vegetables — it is not for drinking, and it should be kept away from children and eyes.
Do I need to rinse the produce again after spraying?
No. Rinse with clean water first, spray, wait 60 seconds, and your produce is ready to eat, cook or store. That is the whole routine.
What does "neutralises up to 90% of harmful toxins" mean?
It is the claim printed on the pack, and the asterisk matters. It refers to the formulation's performance on surface residues under manufacturer testing conditions. Real-world results vary with the produce, how it was grown and how it was handled before it reached you.
How long does one bottle last?
One millilitre purifies up to 3 kg of produce. A 50 mL bottle therefore covers roughly 150 kg — for most Indian households that is somewhere between six weeks and three months. The 30 mL covers about 90 kg.
Will it change how my food tastes?
No. There is no residue, no film and no aftertaste. Unlike a vinegar or baking soda soak, it does not soften leafy greens or dull the skin of fruit.
Can I use it on leafy greens, herbs and berries?
Yes — those are where it earns its keep. Spinach, methi, coriander, curry leaves, grapes, strawberries and other delicate produce cannot survive a long soak. A spray and a minute's wait does not bruise them.
Is it only for vegetables bought outside?
Use it on anything that has travelled. Produce moves through farms, mandis, trucks, cold storage and shelves before it reaches your kitchen — home-delivered and organic produce takes the same journey.
