Three things that save everyone time.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email carries a tracking link. Metro cities usually take 2–4 working days, elsewhere 4–7. If it is past that window, write to us with the order number.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the outer box, the shipping label and the bottle, then email us as soon as you can and within 7 days of delivery. Damaged and incorrect items are replaced, and return shipping is on us.
